Wire Lace Bracelet Class

Bio: Pam Troutman started beading in the 1990’s. Her bead creations are unique and have won awards in several venues. She has been in multiple art galleries, presently of Amapola in Old Town Albuquerque. Her Etsy shop is StarArtJewelry. Pam is from Virginia and retired to Rio Rancho, NM in June 2017. She likes to design and make creations in bead embroidery, bead weaving, kumihimo, and polymer clay, among other bead related mediums. Happy to do custom designs. Class Description:
Combine Wire Lace and a "Simplicity" Magnetic Clasp with your own large-hole bead to create a stunning bracelet you can make in a jiffy. Your large hole bead should be 3 to 5 mm open at the center. (Note: if you need a large hole bead there will be some special beads available for $5 - or some available for $1.
You will be supplied with the magnetic clasp, and you can select a choice of Wire Lace tubular mesh ribbon in one of 5 colorways - although some colorways are limited. You can choose colorways of the Wire Lace mesh available during registration. Wire Lace colorways include the following:
1. Embers (5 feet each of rust, red & brown) - 2 kits available.
2. Sunset (5 feet each of blush, copper & lilac) 3 kits available.
3. Eggplant (5 feet each of lilac, tanzanite & purple) - 3 kits available.
4. Seabreeze (5 feet each of silver, azurite & ocean) - 3 kits available.
5. Rainforest (5 feet each of seafoam, grass & emerald) 3 kits available.

- Fifteen feet of Wire lace
- Magnetic clasp
- Two-part epoxy glue
- Toothpick
Items student needs to bring to class:
- Large-hole bead (like Pandora bead 3-5mm hole) - or you can purchase in class from $1 to $5
- Cardboard (cereal box) to create frame
- Beading mat or tray
- Scissors
- Light source and reading glasses (optional)
