2023 NM State Fair Volunteer Sign Up (Pick-up) Event

Entry Pickup Volunteers will return entries to their owners on Monday September 18, 2023.  Owners are responsible for picking up their items – or authorizing someone to pick up for them. Owners will have received a receipt ticket for entries they submitted and should provide ticket to identify their items. Volunteers will be able to meet all the ribbon winners. and see their entries.

Below are the sessions available.  We will need 4 volunteers per session.

Monday, September 18, 2023

- Session 1 Monday Morning: 9:00 AM to 1:15PM (4 slots)

- Session 2 Monday Afternoon: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (4 slots)

Location for Volunteers and Owner Pickup:  

Enter the NM State Fairgrounds Entrance Gate 3 located on San Pedro and Copper, Creative Arts Building. Parking will be on the South Side of the Creative Arts Building.  There will be no fee to enter the Fairgrounds nor to park.
