The Albuquerque Fiber Arts Council/Educational Committee is planning a multi-guild exhibit on Friday/Saturday, April 1-2, 2016 at the Albuquerque Garden Center, 10120 Lomas Blvd. The theme of this exhibit will be Colors of the Southwest. As with the exhibit at the Old Church in Corrales, all items will be for display only, no sales. As we get closer to the date, there will be a call for volunteers who wish to demonstrate their form of beading for visitors to the exhibit. There is no entry fee to exhibit your work, and there is no fee for parking or entry.
The entry form and a picture of your work are due no later than March 1, 2016. There is no restriction on when your work was created. Here is a link to the Fiber Arts website. http://fiberartsfiesta.org/events.html Please scroll down to the bottom of the page and see ‘Call for Entries.’ When you click the link for an application, a Word document will open. You may complete this, save it, and email the file along with a .jpeg photo of your work to: email@example.com
