Intermediate Wire Wrapping

$40 class fee + $5 materials fee, due upon signup

Basic Wire Wrap is a prerequisite for taking Intermediate level Wire Wrap.

Now that you have basic wire wrap skills, expand your skill set by learning wire weaving. We will first create a wire cage. Then the will cover, creating several different woven pieces, that can be combined to create a unique piece of jewelry. Wire bead making will also be covered. You may or may not finish your pieces in the classroom, but will leave with the skills to complete your pieces on your own. 

Kit 1 ($5): 20 &22 gauge wire, 14 & 16 heavy gauge wires (copper, plated, brass)

Kit 2 ($2): cabochons, rocks, sea glass, beads, glue, charms 

Tool Loan (provided by Mama's): needle nose pliers, wire cutter, round nose pliers, crimp tool
